Photography, writing, design, music, speaking, video, storytelling, websites, and transformational retreats, are my creative languages.
Beauty, nature, health, human connection and meaningful living are part of the worldview behind the work.
And my use of strategy, communication skills, life experience and ability to see the bigger picture are what connect all of it.
The freedom to express and live this way has come through a deeply personal transformational journey over more than 30 years—yielding a holistic, broader view and experience of everything. The constant state of curiosity, questioning, learning, reflection and growth has opened not only many amazing experiences, but access to my gifts, purpose, fulfillment, peace, and joy beyond anything I could have imagined.

Surviving repression, anorexia and the million dollar deal, Sandra Julian shares her inspiring story of a lifelong search for meaning and finally coming into her own at the age of sixty-five. Sandra hopes her story will inspire others to take a step into the unknown and allow their innermost selves to begin to come forward.

Photography has been part of Sandra’s life for as long as she can remember. From her dad’s polaroid, to her first Nikon film camera, to today’s professional digital workhorses, she has always loved capturing people & nature the most. Never comfortable having her photograph taken, however, two different professional photographers changed her life when they were able to direct her to her center; a state of poise, calm and confidence. It’s truly transformative when we’re supported in finding the space where we can just breathe - the place where our light can simply shine. Sandra is thrilled to offer this same experience to her clients.

Our relationship with food, like all other relationships in our lives, is unique to us. We each have a different story about food, and we all approach every aspect of the food we eat in our own way. In this class we will begin to explore our individual triggers and develop tools to support our health journey and the food choices we make during emotional times.

We all know things we could do to take better care of ourselves, but often don’t do them. And are often left confused and frustrated when something we know worked for someone else, doesn’t work for us. In this class we will look at the basics of how our body processes food and exercise, and learn tools to set our weight loss goals into motion.

Stress takes a toll on our entire being from slowed digestion and weight gain, to fatigue and mental confusion. There are many mind body skills that help us reduce our stress levels, even in stressful situations, and we will begin to explore some of those in this class. Walk away with new tools to manage the stress in your life.
